Matjaž Požlep (SI): Names of the Whisperer
— installation, 2015
“Crrrack … the fiery tongue of a newly released pressure shamelessly crawling into an deep frozen moment, the moment when the impenetrable fullness of horrible metaphysical otherness, inconceivable, firmly grabs someone’s left hand, and when this – in an extremely awkward inbetweenness of the spiritual present – with his right, can not yet really embrace the colourful appearance of sensory reality, and in this dull crunch some kind of evil fate, with the word which in no way can yet be spoken, in the clutching claws of anxious terror, silently praying for salvation.” — Kolenc Aljoša
